Absinthe and the Green Fairy

Well…. it seems that despite any misgivings over what I felt was some ham-fisted writing and verbiage, my article about absinthe may allegedly be one of my more solid works. I really don’t have much more to say about that except to suggest that you read it, unless you already know a lot about absinthe. Because seriously, all you ever need to know you can learn from Wikipedia, except for the apparent issue of what separates a Swiss-style from a French-style absinthe.
