Mixed up some Pimm’s drinks tonight. The best of the bunch was a combo of Pimm’s, Ting (Jamaican grapefruit soda), and a squeeze of a lime slice. I think a touch of Hendrick’s would made it even better. I’m really keen on mixing it up with some Trader Joe’s or Pellegrino aranciata or limonata. Pimm’s does the best with some really bright citrus flavors. I would kill to have some of Cork Wine Bar’s lemonade concentrate to mix with it. I am going to be playing with Pimm’s for the rest of the summer, I think. I’m so glad that I had a chance to try one at Tujague’s, and that really set the standard.
