I am sick. Without fail, I always catch a nasty cold that has me clutching my tissues and wastebasket for a week. Followed by weeks of hacking coughs. Charming, isn’t it? The thought of eating or writing about eating is unpleasant. My nose is currently red like Rudolph, but my savior – instead of Vaseline, which I don’t have any – is the Labello original lip balm. Wiping some of that on my nose stopped the pain right away. Although it is still quite red.
I’m also psyched about the hand lotion that C. brought back from France. Caudalie hand and nail cream. It has a very light orange fragrance, more like flowers than candy. I highly recommend it, and you can get it from Sephora and Drugstore.com. It’s lightweight and makes my hands feel really great too.
The Charlie Brown Christmas special is on. It’s one of my favorites, and I highly recommend it. Perfect for cynics everywhere.
